Improvements in multiplayer mode in 1.0.8 (Part one)

Patch 1.0.8 introduced the ability to specify what we call a "tag pairing" in public games. The new system works in a very simple way: besides selecting the difficulty, the mission and the level of PM, you can also choose a tag to identify which type of game expected from a public game. The tags are currently on the PTR Mission Completed Completion Act, Claviculário and PvP. Choose one of them will tell the server pairing to put him in a group with others who have chosen the same tag you. The aim is to facilitate the process for the D3 Gold players to find groups that fit your personal play style or provide the best experience during a gaming session. We will assess these tags during the PTR. So if you have suggestions for other tags, be sure to tell us! Life of monsters The monsters currently earn 70% more life for each additional player in the game. We will reduce this value to 50%, which means that in a two-player game, the monsters will have 150% of hit points that would have in a solo game. In a game of three players, they will have 200% of hit points. And in a game of four players, 250% (instead of the current 310%). This counteracts some further inefficiencies of group play. Ideally, the change will allow you to play with someone who does not have as good an outfit and still do better than playing solo. It also means that if someone gets separated from the group temporarily in a 4 player game (which always ends up happening from time to time), will still be more advantageous than playing alone. Bonus multiplayer Many players have realized that if you coordinate well your group will be more efficient. It really is true, but we want that advantage is more explicit. Therefore, we will add a bonus to the multiplayer mode. We are still thinking about the details of how this will work bonus, but at the moment we are thinking about 10% more EXP per extra player in the game, reaching a maximum of 30% more EXP in a game of 4 players. This bonus is multiplicative bonus for PM. For example: let's say you're playing with PM10 with an EXP bonus of 510% in Hell. This means that a monster is worth 610% of Normal EXP (510% more). If you're playing in a game for 4 players, the monster is worth 793% more EXP than normal. Additionally, you will still receive 10% more chance of finding gold and 10% chance to find magic items for each additional player in the game. This bonus can not exceed the limit of 300% chance to find gold and magic items. Kill as Archon For Arcanists around, many of you do not play in multiplayer because they must slaughter to fuel its power of Archon. In 1.0.8, the duration of your Archon will also be extended for assists, as long as you're around when the monster dies. (We are planning to review other mechanical as bonus Life by Slaughter, but do not intend to move it in this patch.) Identify all As mentioned earlier, the 1.0.8 Identify all adds to the game. Besides being a great improvement in quality of life, Identify is also good for all cooperative games! We discovered during our tests it was common for players to separate when one of them was filled with inventory and spent a good time in the city identifying items. This addition should help keep the players together. You definetely cannot miss the article: Improvements in multiplayer mode in 1.0.8(part two)
