Oops I Accidently the Truth

To date I've told not many people about it, but I'm looking to join the U.S. Air Force. And. now that I'm near to acquiring it, (I do think) I believed I should create a blah-blah-blog on it.
It's about mid-July. I've completed my freshman year of college. I became looking to get a qualification in computer science, though the college I had attended the very first year was closing on the computer science program. Because apparently in the average from the last 5 years, below 10 people have graduated with a CS degree each year. Regardless of indisputable fact that there have been 35-ish enrolled in that degree program back then. (It's freakin' Computer Science! Do they really honestly not see that finding myself sought after demand in the current economy?) So I needed been subject to all the hardships of switching colleges, and finally received my school funding. And it only agreed to be enough to pay for my tuition. That didn't add the gas it would choose to use drive 60 miles there and back everyday, (that's still way below living on campus), the $500-ish how the books would cost, and so on the top of that my car had just categorised and needed $1500 worth of repairs.
Therefore i needed employment. Fast. Submitted several applications, got no replies. Spoke with some friends, (I actually incorporate some actual life friends! Well isn't?) got recommended to a place with simple work, good pay, and nice employers which i already knew personally. Applied, had a good interview, thought I became in. Called them back a few days later like they asked, they'd hired 2 away from 4 applicants. I wasn't one.
College were only available in 21 days. No job. No car. Damn I'm stressed.
Then I want to myself... Why don't you consider the military? I'd be learning my trade. No insane college costs, in fact getting money. No more of that well-balanced student crap with english, math, history, psychology, etc., etc. What exactly I wish to learn and nothing else. I wouldn't need to bother about the transition between book learning and achieving my first job where I've found out just how much college won't really equip you for real life.
I really discuss it with my parents, even though they thought the military (A.K.A. Me dying) wasn't the safest thing in the planet, they were okay with it. (I'm 20. Can't really stop me can they? Well they might kick me out...) So you have to see a mall. (That's where all of the military recruitment stations are set-up.) Still going for the entire computer science thing, the Navy and Air Force as my best options. Therefore we type in the Air Force office. Recruiter is busy. Receive an appointment for an additional day. Come in the following day. (Navy gets completely disregarded somehow.) Speak about it. He's not like other recruiters. The results sugar-coating it. I do believe he was really wanting to talk me from the. (Maybe get rid of the wimps prior to them getting to boot camp, surrender, and yes it looks bad on him?) He asks if I'm still interested. I believe that I need to consider it. He provides me with the approval so we head home.

Re-sculpting the TzHaar

Now, imagine an excellent, hulking TzHaar buying and handling these great orbs of information that replace the tablets. It also reinforces the sensation how the TzHaar are unique, and never need to become humans.

So that the TzHaar stand apart from each other visually, we gave them ‘clothes’ and ornaments manufactured from carved metals, presenting these questions more civilised aspect. Players will hopefully now look at the TzHaar as a civilisation, instead of a cabal of monsters.

Finally, we increased the dimensions of the TzHaar’s volcano, scaling it up to complement the elevated size of the TzHaar themselves. Now, all things have a sense of epicness and awe, encouraging one to seem like you are in a truly ancient and alien area, with minimal changes to the way a player trains or uses the area.

I wish I could talk a little more about a few of the elaborate and fascinating changes we now have created to the spot, but we’re held back (reluctantly!) by a must keep things unexpected for your upcoming quest. All I can think are which i only have mentioned a small fraction of the task put in the spot, and you will 't be dissatisfied with what resides after the new Fight Caves. Whether or not the ‘jaw-dropping’ offers you enough time to defeat the last creature is another matter, needless to say, but we're confident that you'll think the newest TzHaar re-sculpting simply rocks.

FAQ of Runescape hero

Are you still working on the next two dwarf quests as well? Or has that project been delayed/passed off to someone else?
I am still working on the next dwarf quest. And that's all I'm going to say about it.

How dynamic will the interaction be between the player and these "heroes"? Will they approve or disapprove of your choices in the quests featuring them?
I'm hoping that there can be some kind of dynamic relationship, but I'm not sure how far we can go with it.

In the Dungeoneering Trailer, was that 5 of the signature heros that appeared?
That's Ewain, Ozan and Ariane you can see in the Dungeoneering trailer. (The final in-game appearance of the heroes hasn't been created yet, so they might end up looking a little different from the versions in the trailer.) I think the rest of the characters in the trailer are random extras, not specific characters.

Wait there's a guy called Raptor. Are there dinosaurs in Runescape?
'Raptor' means 'bird of prey'. It's not just a type of dinosaur.

Can you bring Zanik / the Wise Old Man back as a signarute hero?
We thought about this, but in the end we decided to create all-new Signature Heroes rather than using existing characters. As much as I'd like to write new Zanik content, she's quite heavily tied to the goblin storyline, and we wanted the Signature Heroes to appear in lots of otherwise unrelated quests rather than be tied to a particular quest series. The Wise Old Man has similar issues with his quests, and he's also pretty much a comedy character, whereas we wanted the Signature Heroes to be suited to more serious stories.

But them being shown modelling stuff seems weird to me...is it canon? Have they been dungeoneering or is it just for show?
Interesting question. I'd really like to say 'yes', but I think I'll have to say 'sort of'.

It would be really nice to consider all pictures of the Signature Heroes to be canon, but I want artists to be able to make new pictures without worrying about where they fit into the Signature Heroes' stories.

So, for now, let's say the Signature Heroes dungeoneering image is canon, but if we later release a quest where one of the heroes says "I've never been do Daemonheim!" then the image will become non-canon. I hope that makes sense!

Do you think its possible our characters could marry or have a love interest with one of the heros?
Probably not. We're not absolutely ruling out the possibility, but it's not something we're planning at the moment.

If we did include romance, I'd want to make it optional, and give you a choice of which hero to pursue. The trouble is that then we'd be writing content that only some players would experience, i.e. we might write romance plots for four heroes, but each player only plays one. Effectively we'd have spent four times as long writing the same amount of content, which isn't a good use of our time.

What I'd like to do is see how popular the idea of player/hero romance is once we've introduced the heroes to the game.

For now--sorry guys, Ariane isn't interested at the moment. :(

Why don't you create quests with multiple outcomes / quests where the player character is the villain?
This is similar to the answer about player-NPC romance. We don't want to make quests where you *have* to be evil, so we'd have to make it optional, but that would mean writing two pieces of content but only letting each player experience one. So, we'd effectively have spent twice as long writing the same amount of content, which isn't the best use of our time.

Are there any plans for any of the heroes from the Betrayal at Falador book eventually becoming Signature Heroes?
No.
